• Carries out inspection as per quality control plan at all stages (Inward of Raw Material, In process and Final Stage)
• Responsible for product identification, traceability, and test status.
• Ensures all the measuring instruments and gauges are calibrated periodically and maintains records for the same.
• Coordinates with the sub-contractor/s on the quality of the items/products, which include preparing debit note, test certificates and providing gauges, whenever required.
• Understands final customer requirements and ensure product compliance for Finished Products.
• Ensures all the requisite documents and records pertaining to quality assurance remain updated at all times.

• Diploma/Graduate Engineer (Instrumentation or Mechanical).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Control
• Good command over Measuring Instruments like Vernier Calipers and Micrometres
• Knowledge of all instruments like Bore Gauge, Thread gauges Ring/Plug (Metric, BSP, NPT, UNC, UNF)
• Basic knowledge of tolerances and surface finish values
• Knows all requirements of ISO9001:2015

• Detail oriented
• Excellent in reading, and interpreting the engineering drawings
• Clear and effective Verbal & Written communication in English & Hindi
