• Processes customer’s purchase orders and liaisons with the production department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
• Calls potential clients and Customers to arrange meetings
• Establishes active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
• Answers customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Update all information in the ERP
